This is a racing game, but not a common one. You're driving a bulldozer, which is an extremely heavy and not very maneuverable vehicle. Rather than that, you do what you always do in rally games, try to finish the required number of laps in the shortest time possible. The bulldozer is controlled by the arrow keys.
