In this game you are working as a tattoo artist. You'll need to make tattoos for clients controlling the needle with your mouse. You'll first need to outline the tattoo with the black ink and then color it with inks of different colors. Pay attention to the shake and pain meters at the top. If the shake meter raises, your hand starts shaking and you can spoil things. If you hold the needle down for too long, the pain meter may get too high and you'll be hired for causing too much pain to the client.
