This is the second part of Extreme Trucks. Like the first part, it's a side scroller difficult terrain driving game. You accelerate and break with the up and down arrows correspondingly and change your balance and rotate your vehicle in the arrow using the left and right arrow keys. Your goal is to reach the end of the level without destroying your car. Unlike other games of the genre you don't lose when getting hit for the first time, but can accumulate some damage. Apart from typical mountains and static landscape parts here you have special elements like elevators or water.
