INTRODUCTION

Caravaneer game is about transporting goods from one town to another. You are not just a transporter, but a merchant. You need to buy goods where they are cheap and sell them where they are expensive. Further in this tutorial you will find tips and important information on how to build your strategy, but now you need to learn some basics.

STORY

If you play Story game, there's an adventure part based on dialogues. You can speak with different people and receive different missions. The first thing you are supposed to do when you start a story game is to speak with Sheriff MacCoy. Make sure you ask him all the questions and receive enough information to proceed. From this point on you can develop story differently. The natural way is to go to Verdammter Platz and join forces with John Sheppard and his Desert Patrol organization. If you have enough patience, you will see what it will lead you to.

DESERT MODE

- ACTIVITY
On the desert map your caravan is indicated by a star sign. All other groups are indicated by white rings. All rings look equally and to know which group it is, you need to place your mouse cursor above it, just like in real life you need to turn and look in order to know who is approaching.

As you can see in the clip above, your caravan sign has an arrow that spins after the mouse pointer. The text near the mouse cursor indicates the exact direction the arrow looks to. Anytime you click the left mouse button within the desert map screen bounds, your caravan will start moving in the direction the arrow currently shows. To stop the caravan where it is, click on the caravan sign (the star).
